Alot of times, it's the routers or the hotspot's problem.
I used to have this problem with my Linksys router and later on my stupid D-link Unifi router in my house. Will be able to connect for a few seconds/minutes, but will have no internet connection even though the wifi signal is on full.

But after changing to an Apple Airport Extreme, didn't have that problem anymore.
