i hope all ends well for you. i was just telling on the other forum how i have fully-paid booking for ipad2 at HN midvalley (and they all told me that it was a mistake to do so). collection is expected this Friday.

Same experience in Harvey Norman where i bought my ipad there too.
Very very bad service.

Things done can't be undone but at least, you know of Mid-Valley folks being more helpful compare to HN! All the best to you too!
