1.8 and 2.0 CVT sharing the same gear box and i assume they will share the same preset gear ration as well. For my case, the rpm is at 2,200 for driving at 110km/h.

Also, if you wanna save fuel at highway, 90-100km/h is the best range.

Personally, i drive 70% highway and 30% city.

One full tank may achieve maximum 630km range for driving 90-110km/h, while can only achieve 550km/h if speeding at 140km/h.
