Just now ter-hit a slow moving persona at a red traffic light.
I tot he will just move and stop at the car behind him, mana tau he roll slow slow then only stop, some more he stop when there's still almost 30cm between his car and the car in front him...
But still, it's my fault. His rear bumper got few scratches, i offer to pay him on the spot, but he said he dunno how much is the cost for him to fix it.
He said wanna fix it himself then send the bill to me, i said ok, i was rushing to catch a movie...
But he asked for my IC, took photograph with my IC, write the address on my IC, took pictures of my car, got my phone number and confirm it by miss calling me.
I told him the cost would be around RM100-RM150 only, he said ok.
He look decent, I just hope he wont miss-use my IC detail and steal my identity...

Still I feel that it's a mistake to give him photograph my IC, next time if sheet like this happens again, I will just give my name card or if he insist for my IC, i will ask back to have a look on his IC as well...
