If one wants to improve communication skills, I suggest joining a club like toastmaster that helps one improve their English and also confidence.

You find the nearest club to your place by searching on http://www.toastmasters.org/
You can attend the club as a guess first and see hows its like first. There are quite a number of clubs open to public around kl. While some mnc do have their own closed toastmaster club QUOTE(hans.excel @ Sep 18 2006, 10:30 AM) |

QUOTE(KeNNy @ Dec 30 2006, 01:35 AM) Hi, Which place in Cyberjaya is the toastmaster club? Under which buildingI'm in toastmasters Cyberjaya district. Feel free to drop if you want to learn more about the club True enough, it drills your leadership & communication skills. If you put your efforts into it you will find it working. But if you're the self-confident person who has the mentality of "I'm good enough and this is bullsh*t", then I'm afraid there's no room for improvement for you. Like they say from the Zen teachings: "The hardest obstacle to learning something new, is the belief that you already know it" |
