reading this will allow you some ideas on how some of the companies are being run as they are and why. but more importantly it helps you to see systems from different perspectives.

i like the fact that the ideas of the book are relevant in our daily lives, such as having vision and mission, and the concept of test and measure to determine how are we doing at this point of time.
