Yes...there are many toastmaster club in the klang valley available for you. If you work in KL you might want to attend the club located in KL. Currently I am attending the club located at Taman SEA PJ. I am a VP Public Relation so my job is to go clubbing. You can attend the club as a guess first and see hows its like first. . There is one club wher they held their meeting in a club....Yes literally a club where you have to pay cover charge...Happening la. Im addition to that there is also tostmaster held in mandarin and bahasa melayu. But it will not be recognised internationally.
