Very useful book I found earlier this year.
A lot of unconventional wisdom and overall good advice for any jobhunters or people planning on a total change of career. Although it looks as if it's targeted to American readers at first, you'll see that things inside actually works for most MNCs in Malaysia, as per what a couple of friends in different MNCs HR departments told me.
