True enough, it drills your leadership & communication skills. If you put your efforts into it you will find it working.

But if you're the self-confident person who has the mentality of "I'm good enough and this is bullsh*t", then I'm afraid there's no room for improvement for you.

Toastmaster's has a presence in most Cyberjaya MNC's like Shell, DHL, MSC, Intel, etc. You can actually pay any of those a visit if you have enough information on their schedule.

I'm in the Shell one.
