A little description.

The story follows the path of three players: Sakuya, Tobias, and Mary, and their playing of the world's largest MMORPG, "The World R:X" created by Cyberconnect Corporation. As is the case, these players were on a quest in their party of three, when they are caught in a strange fate of circumstance.
My opinion : they finally made it understandable for people who are new to .hack series. The formula of putting 3 high school girls playing MMORPG with naivety works i guess. And the quality increased greatly compared to the previous installment, especially game-based dotHack series(nothing good usually comes out from game reference).
Noteable staffs : Hanazawa Kana, Miyuki Sawashiro.
