same problem here after migrate to SPD, ticket logs. CS called will work after 5 working day, still not working till today, more than 5 working day edy.

Before this, follow the step by step insruction on EON website how to register the Hong Leong Connect, the last step that ask if cannot view the All Account Info, please submit a message, and the suck send message program, only can submit the SPD issue with select account number. As know, we cannot see account info, then submit message, and the stupid message not working.

I wonder do they run the step before release public, no System testing?
