my experience with HLB-EON

last month i called up to request my credit limit increment, then i was advise to fax over my supporting document. was informed that they need 7 working days to review my application and inform either approve or reject.

send and received a call from the bank itself acknowledge on 29th of March

5th April sent by pos my wife supplementary card for Hello Kitty CC

11th of April called CS, told me their system MEMO shows that i didn't updated them with my supporting document after some conversation she say will double check and get back to me.

16th of April call again the CS and ask her the status of my application either approve or reject, still give me the stupid reason that no supporting document, asked about my wife supplementary card application she say she dont know, ask her pass me to credit card processing department she dont want and insist to return my call to update me on all the status. I even tell her if they didn't received my supporting document and application please drop me a email. I willing to re-do everything back even resend my wife supplementary card application (I assume the post i sent lost in transaction) She told me will get back to me latest by the day itself or the next day.

17th of April call again after waited whole day no news and no update, a guy Ridzuan attend my call and i have to tell him everything from A to Z and he promise to check and will return my call on the day itself. he added "you got my word on it" ok fine i waited and again another aeroplane flew to me.....

today after waited for a month and not even a single call from the bank i called up again, request to speak with CS Puvana but the other CS told me she busy attending call, ask me to leave my contact details and promise to call back within an hour time, i waited and get another aeroplane again... i was really pissed off with the CS called back again and ask to speak to her again and she say she busy ask to leave phone no. so i raise my voice and ask her that i want to speak to the person in charge but she ask me what's the problem she would like to understand first before make further steps either to pass the call or not. I tell her A to Z again and at last waited for 7 min in the phone this CS "Puvana" attend my call and pretend lost memory, she say when she attend my call, when she got promise this and that! mad.gif mad.gif After i tell her and ask her use her stupid brain to recall and tell her A to Z again my story, at last she recalled and she told me again will check with the management and get back to me. I ask her how long i need to wait? 1 day, 1 week, 1 month or 1 year? she told me before 6pm. I told her if u fail get back to me, I'll spread the news among my F&F and internet how this EON-HLB bank do business and how "good" is all their CS trustworthy. She say ok will get back to me. and until now not even a single call from the bank. mad.gif mad.gif

I still remember when last time someone try to imitate my card the CS call me and ask me verify some QA and then they proceed to cancel the card and will replace the new one not more then 5 working days, i received the card after 4 working days but the letter that inform me about my replace card i received it on 30th of March and the letter dated 17th of March. i was like WTF?

can someone advise me where i can lodge a complain again this CS? need advise. and at last i gonna cancel my credit card after my outstanding balance is clear. serious fed up and disappointed with this kind of stupid bank.

until today i yet to receive any call from this c2pig bank... should i return them a call or straight go to BNM?

my outstanding i think just can settle in next 4 months... got a tight expenses so cant throw all in sekali.... but for sure wont use the card anymore.

P/S: can i straight cut the card first? after i got the ability to settle so i just go to HLB-EON can cancel account.
