Did you click the "View all accounts" button? If not, you will only see your primary savings account. And if you're still using an ATM card, I will suggest you to change it to debit card because sooner or later, you will need to change it.

Seriously, I went to a branch to cancel my HLB classic card with Zing touch N Go. Service counter don't know how to settle the credit I have in my TNG, then asked his manager. Manager said call CC, CC done a lousy job, and I din get the answer I want. Then asked the branch BSM, still don't know how to do. At the end call the CC again, finally they give me the answer, cancelled the card and TNG will not be usable anymore and they transferred the TNG credits to credit card. Recently received a call asked me have I cut my TNG card oredi, if not can continue to use the credit..... !!!

To cancel the Mastercard: I have submitted a cancellation letter + destroyed card + filled up a cancellation form in HLB Taipan Branch on April 2012, called the customer service for not less than 6 times, visited HLB Taipan Branch twice, written in a complain thru their website once, and until TODAY (3 July 2012) this matter is still yet to be settled...

What is their conspiracy?

WOW then I must be lucky... Only took me 1 visit and several calls... can't remember how many times to get this card cancelled. Basically the branch know nothing about this card. The whole branch up until manager/head in SS2 branch can't answer me how do I get back my credit in TNG zing card.

Customer service... always use the excuse -- I will get my superior to call you back, but never call back. You have to be very very lucky that your call is picked up by someone senior and experience or otherwise your only option is keep calling.

Not sure on redemption, last time I went to the branch to cancel my card, and what they did is... call the call centre... speechless.

Edited: to be fair to them, my cancellation involved a refund of the touch n go zing card credit... which none of the staff in the SS2 branch know how to refund to me. Now, good thing is card is cancelled, bad thing is no refund to me yet since my cancellation at June. It is about RM120, and they still keep on sending me statement though the card is cancelled.

For once I feel the CS is doing a good job. I called to cancelled my card yesterday and it is blocked and cancelled immediately without question ask.
