same here, HLB cc is da worst. I cancelled few yrs back & settled all outstanding amount on the same day.

When i told them i wanna cancel their cards, they ask y i stop using their cards. I told them their card sucks cannot use overseas even i alerted them 1 month earlier. Statement smtm cannot receive hav to call to card centre to ask. Many probs HLB never intended to improve their customer services. 1 day until i cannot bear anymore, i went straight to their brach & cancelled it. The worst part, the officer told me is very normal. Many HLB credit card users share the same prob like mine.

the worst part was u type in the correct username & password & still fail to login. After reset by calling to HLB, same thing still occur.

Y still complain yet using it? Just cancel it.

HLB can promise anything on their ads & banners but after u apply, all are empty sweet words just to convince u to sign up for their cc.
