I also feel that once EON bank take over the Hong Leong bank, the Customer service really disappointed.

Especially when took out the Fixed deposit from Hong Leong bank (Due to too low interest rate compare to other bank provider ), they request me go to front counter and get the withdraw slip BY YOUR OWN Self. Not only that, sometimes the details I quite don't understand and I direct ask to the counter staff, they direct shoot me u go to ask the front customer service. There is a staff standing there and guide you how to write. I'm very curious why the counter staff don't willing help me to fill the details. Is it afraid write wrong or what?
