Called on Friday night 18 July 2014 to ask for GST waiver. CS say cannot, only use points, so I said cancel my HLB card.
CS said my card will be "temporarily cancelled" and retention team in HLB will call me next week to offer me the GST waiver. Zzz |

Visa Signature got different number to call.. but comparing Public Bank and HLB... I have to say HLB one is not as good. Still have to select IVR. Public Bank one they will pick up the call immediately.
