Not satisfied with their service counter at the Jalan Genting Klang branch. I requested for a bank statement on the savings account that I have and they need me to sign some sort of agreement and submit to the HQ for approval.

Once approved they will only print out the statement and it cost me RM12 for that. I need the statement to apply for certain loan product from other banks.

Is this one the rules of the bank ?
