hi all, i just noticed there is a post talking bout HLB..

im having problem with HLB GSC CC currently.. it's giving me so much trouble for 2 weeks.. i wanted to buy movie ticket online using the CC, but it keep prompt the error that my cc is "not registered with verified by visa".. I've keep calling the cc helpdesk since last week, they keep telling me that my phone number already registered.. then i try many time, still the same error.. i call again at night, then another girl said its not registered.. so i ask them to register for me.. then she say she will call me back.. so i waited until this week... when i call the last few times (the day before yesterday), they say, "miss this one time password (OTP) doesnt need much registration" this really annoyed me.. if no need registration, then why i still cant use it? they promised to call me before 8pm last nite.. i waited til 9pm, they called and ask me, "have u tried to use the card again after 8pm?" i say "not yet as im waiting for ur call.. so ok im going to try again now" so she say ok if anythn call them back.. so i try again, still same thing happen, i cant purchase..

so i try to call them back twice, nobody pick up my call anymore...

anyone faced the same issue before? really appreciate your help...

i read the website, if call, can get set up within 30 mins.. if go to the bank then need to wait 3WD.. I need to buy the movie ticket before its fully booked, and im not going to the mall to buy ticket these few days as im working also.. i thought online banking is suppose to provide convenience, but now, its giving trouble.. i think they doesnt know how to solve my problem...

and FYI, i did not owe them any balance outstanding d.. all fully paid off.. the reason i wanna use the card so desperately is because they giving bonus value, mine gonna expired soon, so plan to utilise them... anyhow, its my entitlement to use it...

please help..
