Thinking of getting a Regalia unit at Tower C for personal stay, is this property still a no no?

I notice that the units are still under Master title, considering that the property has been completed since 2012, the 5 years delay is very long. Are we going to see the title soon?

On the environment side, I read that the access to infinity pool requires access card, has this improve the area?

How about the gym and cinema? Is residence getting better access to these facilities?

Are the utilities - electricity, water and accessment expensive? Considering we are not being issued a title yet, how does the billing work?

Please do let me know as I am interested as Regalia does look a nice place.
