I just purchased Edifier Aurora (MP300 Plus) last Sunday at Lowyat Plaza. When I attached to my 27" LED TV in my room, both mid and high level frequency sounds are good. However, I feel very little bass from subwoofer. The demo set I listened at different shops could produce very good bass level. I wonder why my new speaker cannot produce same level of bass like the demo sets at shops?
For the price if you're trying to make it a speaker set for your tv, you should get low end 2.1 edifier speaker. Simply throw mp300 plus behind them Eg. Edifier P1060, M1335 or M1380 all will do better job than mp300. Mp300 i think only suitable for laptop users and media playing for just maybe the area of a desk which mean the speaker is placed right in front of you with you sitting in front of the desk. Erm... Do note that someone posted something saying that you can do some simple mod to mp300 subwoofer to reduce the muddiness of the bass by placing paper tube into it. For details, wait for the fellow who did that to answer you
I forgot is cosef, power911 or is nismo. Whoever~ Show up and answer please xD

Err,the mp300 plus is actually targeted at laptop users who wil be sitting ver clse to the speakers which will enable them to hear the bass.So if u use it for a tv,I dont think the results are gonna be good
About listening at shops, those salesman like to let those higher end spekers continue producing bass but mute the volume,so it sounds like as if the speaker u r hearing has superb bass...=.=
Agree agree... Sometimes the bass just weren't from the speaker you're listening from. Since bass is not directional, it's great possibility that it's produced by other speakers.
