my roof is leaking in 2 - 3 places. the previous contractor tried to fix the problem a few times but still there

anyone can recommend some good contractor with reasonable price?

my roof got the zinc sheet, so maybe hard to detect the source?

Did you just moved into a new housing area or have been staying there for a while?

If a new housing area, normally they will share the same problem at the same area, so most of the contractors who have done few of the houses there should already know the source of the leaking. Unless you've been there for number of years, then you need to find the real good one to do the job.

Ask your contractor fix it..I guess the contractor is the one who done your extention...

Look at first page and see whether you impacted or not

Our services are plumbing work and pipe , roof leaking work.

don't think it is this problem. mine happen middle of the ceiling. not side

try look at the water mark is that near or come from the edge....it need a gaps to travel ...

actually in total there are 4 places where i have leak

Leak 1
- at my car porch roof
- water mark at the side (connecting part between wall and roof)
- always leaking when rain a bit heavy

Leak 2
- my living room
- water mark in the middle of the roof
- not all the time leak even if heavy rain (maybe depends on the direction?)

Leak 3,4
- at my gutter area
- 1x water mark at the corner, 1x at the middle
- not all the time leak even if heavy rain (maybe depends on the direction?)

Another thing. I have zinc sheet on my roof. i think this will make it more difficult to find the source as the water mark area might not be the actual leaking area

so have u rectify the leaking problem?

Than those Zink really make troubleshooting difficult...I'm having similar like you and not impact my renovation work as not sure should or not doing the painting work

Try a new contractor..

well, i don't so much money, you know.
