 how to build abdomen in short time?, any good advice want to share??

cardio....u want reduce body fat need do a lot of cardio... and watch the food you eat... diet important also. examples of cardio training are jogging, running, hiking, swimming. good luck.

push ups will do just fine. try to include push up into ur exercise routine. u'll see the difference in 1 month. oh u can also do crunches

But push up really useful for fat burning on abs??Yup ll try for those cardio exercise..

If you're going to gym running on treadmill is recommended. at least 45mins perday, to reduce your body fats and look out for your diet too. To have a better result in a faster time, avoid from eating junk foods and fast foods, frieds too. btw, there's a sticky thread there you could refer to it. http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1398766
