One thing I've noticed over the past few month with this place is that there's quite a lot of threads which go like "Where to get el cheapo <insert console here>?" and also "My <insert part of console that's bust here> died, how?"... Would guys prefer if we lump it all into 2 pinned threads (Tech help and price requests)? That'll probably reduce the number of redundant threads that seem to plague this area (Especially the Sony section)

Anyhoo, AFAICT, let me just summarize what you guys want (That are viable):
1) More/less FF topics (Hey, gotta swing both ways )
2) Arcade forum
3) Recombine with The Hideout

Anything else or something I missed out?

BTW, to those of you who *still* have unresolved issues, use PMs.

Just to prove string's point, at ALL our other LAN parties or LYN events, you can hardly find any (then) Hideout regulars there, which is ironic as these are the buggers that should be coming in droves.

Anyway, as a start, maybe some ppl here can step up and organize events of their own (Like what the Xboxers are doing)

ccb: Oh just remembered that its 2005 in your profile and not 2003... LYN has so far organized 3 major LAN parties... Most of which comprise of the usual LYN suspects and not much from the Hideout itself.

PrivateJohn: Well johnny, I don't really miss the console section (No offence, but moderating the place was a real b**** if you're not interested in consoles )... But, I do miss the regulars that went with it (Thought not all of em)

Well, I don't think we need to organize anything big, but maybe the PSers or Cubers could come together or something on their own to begin with... Then again, not much LAN stuff with those consoles anyway...

Okay, since Nokia has officially ceased support for the N-gage, there's no place for it here already. Plus, there's a convenient place in the Handphone forum called Fun, Games and Entertainment. Its more pertinent there as it is a dedicated mobile phone forum.

So, all N-Gage threads have been moved to Fun, Games and Entertainment and any future threads will be moved as such.
