A friendly warning to all MAXIS and potential MAXIS Subscribers !!

Beware of MAXIS


This post is to warn people who is using Maxis of such hidden scam cost. They will not refund you even though you are the victim. They actually allowed a 3rd party provider to charge you through them and you have to just pay up or they'll barred you. This is known as Macro SMS. I did not subscribe to them and MAXIS know about this yet they are not able to stop it. I wonder why. Apparently , a BIG SHOT is behind this scam company. We have told MAXIS to stop charging us months after months yet there is nothing MAXIS could do about it. SO IRRESPONSIBLE.

I have been charged a total close to RM 2000 under MACRO SMS and for something I did not subscribe. Couldn't take it any longer so I switch to , DIGI. So far so good


I have seen online that some people among us had succumb to such situation. I wonder why. I am wondering if anyone one of you had encountered these before and how to go around it?

3 weeks ago, my friend asked me why I sent him a same sms twice, I said no, I'm pretty certain I sent once only. Then last week, another friend of mine who is also using Maxis reply my sms "OK Noted" 3 times. Then I asked her why sent to me 3 times....she said No..I sent once only.
Now the problem is....Maxis postpaid users don't have the itemised bill to prove this stupid double or triple sms charges. Any idea how to prove to Maxis on this type of scam ?

It seems that this case happened among post-paid users only

its useless.....u complaint to maxis they only help u stop it.

mine were....told by the customer service...even went till court also no use

stop only without refund back?
