I face similar problem with skynet. I even wrote full address clearly and yet they said cannot find my house. Claim my area cannot find in their map or something so I had to give them direction to the nearest "jalan" to my house then only can they find. 
Anyhow back to topic...yes customer is always right but how much patience does a seller have to admit this.
