PC Audio Please Recommend... a 2.1 or 5.1 speaker set V4, Comparison and advice needed

Guys, can give some suggestion about my situation ?
Budget rm200~rm400
I'm using for my PC gaming and watch movie, I don't know 2.1 or 5.1 because most of the time my speaker all in front of me and never set the back speak behind of me when using 4.1, is it ok that 4.1 or 5.1 all put in front of me ? Or it become a waste using like that ?
My Altec Lancing 4121 ( black) most of time just 1 speaker got sound, if lucky it work well, last few day my control no led light up and sound level is turn to max..... after i plug out n check the wire got 1 pin is break n stick inside the woofer there...
p/s No Altec Lansing & Sonic Gear.

Em, If want to compare with my old Altec Lansing 4100, is it R501 will beat it ?
Today I try out S330 and R501, really hard to decided which 1 want to grab, 1 is for clear sound, another is for surround "boom" ~~~

Just want to know, actually the Edifier S530D is rm700++ or RM6++ around rm700 ? Because I feel it disappear on the price list......T_T Still hard to decided to get S330D or R501 when my Altec lansing 4121 "Red" led no work anymore  , now my Altec Lansing 4100 also .... stop working at all ( can't turn on... don't know want to knock where...). So just upside down want to grab what speaker, 2.1 or 5.1, and budget don't over rm800, actually is want base on rm500 but since so much people suggest on S530D, so just want to know is how much nowadays. |

They can test by your own mp3 or phone ? I though they already stick on their own player. Hmm I will go test by these 3 choices again. Very hard to get between S330D or R501 for me, see is it the S530D will shock me direct grab it. |
