okay, so im going to kl study end of this month. I gotta leave my 2.1 setup in my home (its 5 years old already, i think the name is sonicgear). im not a audiophile but i listen hip hop A LOT. I can't bring the setup to kl so im finding something around 1k.

So I come up with two option.

PORTABLE: Easier for me to move along, I can bring it to my girlfriend/friend house to play song or use it with my iPad and must be bluetooth. IF I move house also easier for me to bring. So I come up with BIG JAMBOX. The problem is will it really great even if I connect it with 3.5mm jack.

MONITOR SPEAKER: Obviously, sound is SO MUCH better than portable ones. But I can't share it with my girlfriend/friend. Just enjoy it myself. And also much more expensive. I'm eyeing on Audio Engine A5 but I will need more time to save money as it is more expensive.


Do note that all my stuff is portable and mostly Apple device. No desktop.

I don't know which one I should go with
