Hi Guys,

I have few questions to ask.I'm moving to kl soon enough to study and work there.I decided not to take my desktop as it is big and my room is quite small. Hence, i'm bringing my laptop (Macbook) and Dell 24" monitor there. I will be using the dell monitor as my main and will use wireless keyboard and mouse... For speakers recommendation, what should i get?? I always wanted to get 5.1 Logitech Z5500 however is the speaker worth buying?? Or is there any speakers perform better than the z5500?? My main usage is mostly for listening to jazz, hip hop and watching movies...

Ok..now i have 2 options which is either Edifier S730 or Logitech Z5500.. How about other options?? I heard HK SS2 is good in terms of sound quality but lack of bass...Do we have any model which scores good points in term of sound quality(for jazz songs) and bass (for movies and hip hop)??

Another thing is currently i'm using macbook and i cannot pair it with a good soundcard. Does this mean that Audio quality playing from macbook will never beat audio quality playing from desktop with soundcard???

Another question is Logitech z5500 is 5.1 while Edifier S730 is 2.1. Would it be better if i go for Z5500??

I'm actually torn between Edifier S730 & Logitech Z5500... Any1 can help me??

Guys, can i know how much roughly is S730D??? And i'm from penang but buying the speakers in KL. Any1 can tell me where can i purchase the speakers?? Lowyat?? Which shop??
