- My rig: Samsung Wave
- What type of usage: Music
- File format used in your source: Mp3
- Genre of music you listen to: R&B, metal, pop, rock
- Headphone/ earphone type: Closed can
- Budget: Under RM200

I already narrow down my choices to:
1. ATH FC700 - Great design, mediocre SQ but it is have enough bass??
2. ATH M30 - Since its monitor series, it will produces high SQ, but is it have good bass??
3. Porta Pros - Most reviewer said it provide plenty of bass, but its open design. Not really interested.
4. Meelec HT21 - Cheap and great SQ. Does it have more bass than FC700??

As a newbie in audiophiles world, I still in phase that craving headphones to have bass... But which phones have more bass (need to be felt rather than heard) but not compromising SQ.
*
hmmm i can see many 'bass' up there..so u really like bass? sony xb300's bass not bad..portaPro oso not bad but seems u dont like it..iFrogz's bass oso good and cheap price..

QUOTE(Prodigenous Zee @ Sep 24 2011, 02:01 PM)
- My Rig: Laptop, phone (which is my primary MP3 player)
- Type of usage: Lots of listening
- File format: Rarely lossless, mostly lossy
- Music genre: Heavy metal, trance, progressive rock, new wave. Lots of things, really.
- Budget: <RM100
- Headphone/ earphone type: I'd prefer IEMs because they offer isolation, which is something I desire. Living in a house with 6 others who occasionally blast their speakers makes me want to be able to listen to my own music in my own comfort.
- Other requirements (if any): The best bang-for-buck IEMs that I can get for sub RM100.

Thanks.

hmmm..less than 100 not much choice..i would recommend u Hippo Groove..it sound good for the price under 100..or u can top up abit to get Sony XB in ear or Razer Moray..
