Sorry if this has been asked already but I can't seem to search any... So decided to open a thread.
I would appreciate if anyone who is really experience can recommend how frequent I should consume my 100% whey protein.
I don't workout everyday. probably twice a week.
Do I drink whey protein on daily basis even though I don't hit gym?
If I hit gym, I need to drink more?
