Just got myself a 600A from ccs221 store last weekend.
Found out that the new remote is really user friendly and also solid. Tested my wireless A4Tech keyboard and it worked too. Cool! But the mouse didn't move though. Where can I use the mouse? During web browsing is it? |

QUOTE(willkso @ Jul 11 2011, 12:30 AM) Eh, I don't think I enable that. Is it in the [Setting]. Cause I suspect that there is something like this feature and tried looking around but didn't find it. Mind telling me where is it? Thanks |

sorry to ask this but i m using 600A currently and is confuse of it's *srt subtitles options. some of the HD movies i downloaded do not include the subtitles so I downloaded them separately.
so i copied the file and place them in the same folder as the *mkv files. but some of them can't be accessed during the movie. but i tried using my notebook and watch the movie and it's there. is there anything i missed? thanks |

QUOTE(numbertwo @ Oct 20 2011, 09:43 PM) I have never failed to see the subtitle (mostly .srt) in my 600A. Thanks bro, problem solved. but Western D HDD screwed me up last weekend and all my 1080p are gone. Perhaps, try to post the file name of your .mkv and .srt here? Not sure if can recover or not. But gonna send the ext HDD back to them and check. |

I'm using Q10Pro and having this issue when watching some online shows.
It kept showing "Unfortunately, System UI has stopped" whereas the background music of the show still running. Any ideas how to solve this? thanks |

QUOTE(AVFAN @ May 2 2016, 12:27 PM) this kind of thing is due to either a bug in the firmware or some other app running in conflict with the ui. thanks a lot for the advice bro. if it came only after u installed some other app(s), on your own, that could be it. if so, either identify the culprit app, remove or report to your seller/himedia - will normally be resolved with next firmware. above is based my experience with previous himedia models, not q10pro as i don't hv one. as all the apps was installed by the seller to me when I purchased the player at that time and he did tested it out for me during that time and it was alright. Seems like rebooting the player is the only solution for now but it will re-appear again once again after some time. A bit random. I heard from other forums that next firmware might solve this as what you said. |
