i'm online using my new DV6-6114TX, it comes with blu ray drive instead of DVD RW Drive, therefore the model code has changed

i bought it for 3699 with beats headset and carrying bag from HP Store Online

the newer is not always the better, that's why i off all the hp updates, windows updates etc.

those factory settings should be the best/most stable for your laptop unless you really want to update for new features

if only you can delete the driver and re-install the older version, or else back to factory settings using the recovery partition option

the 3799, i think you still can discount RM50 if purchase online directly.

the new model can upgrade to 16GB RAM and with bluray drive while 6001tx can only up to 8GB and with DVD Drive. the cover and the palm rest area of 6114tx is more refining than the 6001tx. when you touch on it, it is smoother

if you are paying cash, you may get better deal from lowyat. if you are paying by instalments and not in a hurry of getting it. The 24 months 0% interest instalment plan will be better because you will get more free gifts. if you don't want the beats headset, you can subsequently sell it at garage sales

even if you buy from Malaysia and Singapore also got price gap for the similar specs, therefore it is normal that there is a price gap between Malaysia and European machines since their cost of living is much more expensive
