How to confirm that the HP care pack received by HP? And any way to check online thru HP website, that this care pack is valid and the expired date?
*
Once you have fax your Care Pack to the HP, there is another number can be called by the customer to specially verify your registration. What I did for mine was, as soon as I fax the Care Pack to them, then call the number, then the staff will verify with your Care Pack which you need to provide your Care Pack serial number then they will response back to you with your name that written on the Care Pack, then finally they will inform you on the spot that they have received your Care Pack.

PS: If you're looking for the number to verify the Care Pack, I only can provide to you all on tomorrow afternoon as I left out in my hometown and I'll only go back on tomorrow morning.

One thing should inform you regarding this laptop, the left palm rest is still warm a bit, but the processor and GPU temperature are run in reasonably temperature, which mean inside cooler, but outside hotter.

I also use a ext keyboard during gaming. so the left palm is not an issue. Switch back to intel graphic when not gaming and temp is much lower. icon_rolleyes.gif
