u can increase if u want to, whichever level is to your taste, but too much will give over-saturation, colours will b very fake
normally increase saturation using editing softwares is nicer than in-camera saturation increase This post has been edited by General_Nic: May 10 2011, 06:32 PM |

QUOTE(Kent3888 @ May 10 2011, 07:13 PM) Anybody have experience with both Nikkor 70-300 VRII vs Sigma 70-200 HSMII? Which 1 is a better option? In low light, VR vs f/2.8, which 1 take better shots? Wondering.... 70-200 can do good panning shots? f/2.8 is much more useful in lowlight than VRSO many questions.... dunno bout with Siggy 70200, but i tried Nikon 70300 VR n d AF speed is slooooooow QUOTE(noobie1 @ May 10 2011, 07:19 PM) lol, that 1 Nikon 70200 sure can la, jz dunno Sigma 70200 can b on par or not |

QUOTE(azrinarizz @ May 10 2011, 07:38 PM) Sigma also can do panning. Its just a matter how you pan and how good you pan Can or not is not the question, easy or not is the problem » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « by azrinarizz, on Flickr |

QUOTE(Everdying @ May 10 2011, 09:08 PM) i meant very slow compare to 70200 tried on my D5000 n my fren's D300 not to say very slow like hunting in low light, but AF speed isnt considerably faster than 18105 or 55-200, but definitely faster than 1855 |

QUOTE(celciuz @ May 11 2011, 10:33 PM) Its a new shutter... good shutter isn't about the noise it makes.. heck some jobs you will appreciate the softer shutter noise. i know sound doesnt make a difference, but kinda potong stim, lol Have you heard the D7000's shutter sound? Its pretty silent too. tried D7000 b4, it was soft, but D5100 is even softer heck, its even quieter than my D5000 in quiet shutter mode! thats alot of improvement in tech This post has been edited by General_Nic: May 11 2011, 11:13 PM |

QUOTE(BenSow @ May 16 2011, 09:11 PM) i read a tut before.. for the human to not blur.. turn the flash on... so when the exposure starts, it flashes and records the human's current frozen position then continue do the light painting front curtain sync: fire flash when exposure startsrear curtain sync: fire flash at the end of exposure |

QUOTE(angelic88 @ May 17 2011, 12:52 AM) since it is long exposure i guess it dun really matter when to flash (flash when the person is there? =p ) there's a difference when to fire flash during long exposureor i saw some pic ... u can bring the flash directly to the person and manual trigger it ? ( as long as enough light , the person should be perfectly still ? ) or i saw cheapo way in digital rev .... light painting on the person using torch light , gonna take more time though example a pic of a car passing by left to right at nite: when front curtain sync, u will c the car on the left of the pic, then a trail of light(the car's backlight) in front of the car when rear curtain sync, u will c the car on the right of the pic, with a trail of light behind it this is because in long exposure, the object exposed with the brightest light(eg flash) during a moment during the exposure will seem frozen at that particular moment if the object is exposed to a bright light source continuously(eg spotlight) throughout the exposure, the object will be blurred if it is moving |
