sRGB mainly for web image.
Adobe RGB gives you wider colour gamut, really good for industry printing or commercial printing

I guess metering also play a major role lah
Especially in Nikon I like its Spot metering because the metering is linked to all AF point unlike canon stick to center which is pretty useless
