Last time I withdrew USD900 from my PayPal , the rate was 1 U.S. Dollar = 3.1847 Malaysian Ringgit.. QUOTE Conversion from: -$900.00 USD
Conversion to: RM2,866.28 MYR
Exchange rate: 1 U.S. Dollar = 3.1847 Malaysian Ringgit
Note: Transactions between Malaysian residents must be made using Malaysian Ringgit.

Just transferred some money (USD) from my paypal to bank account...
the rate is 1USD = 3.5018 MYR
