is anyone using a credit card from Bank Rakyat? It states there are no mark-up fees or 0% charges for foreign transactions. Can anyone verify this or share their experience? Thanks!

I found out about the Bank Rakyat Platinum Explorer Card, which says there's no fee for overseas transactions. Can anyone confirm this? I'm thinking of applying since some overseas transactions, like renting a car, can't be done with a debit card.
