Hi guys, I am currently in the UK so am trying to decide on which card to use for best rate. I only have these:

1) Maybank 2 Card AMEX
2) Maybank 2 Card Master
3) UOB One Classic VISA

Would anyone be able to advise which one will give provide the best rate? I have checked out the rates shared by members in this thread, seems like AMEX is on the high side? Even the 5X TP doesn't seem to cover it, although some members did comment that it has better rate relatively which is really puzzling. I also saw that Mastercard typically has better currency conversion rate but Maybank seems to be charging 2.25% admin fee for international transaction, while UOB is only chargin 1%.

If I am not mistaken that thread is to recommend credit card to new applicants right? I am already in the UK, so I can no longer apply for new credit cards.

I think you can still check with them as they are very resourceful.

You should calculate based on the official rate at posting day, not transaction day...

Official visa rates already has a spread of .8 to 1.2% over the median rate...

We will know the posting date after we received the statement, where can I view past official Visa rates?
