Hi all, will be going to japan next month, would like to know which card is better to use in oversea.

Currently holding:
Ambank platinum master
Ocbc titanium master
Maybank 2 card amex and visa

May i know if debit card has same exchange rate and processing fees as cc? I do have sg cc too, just not sure which has the lowest charged fees. I dont have signature card so can ignore mile points and rebates
