1. Public Bank VS
2. Aeon Watami (the cash back quota will be max by my insurance), but read the forum, it has cheapest fee?
3. Maybank 2 card
4. Citibank Business Platinum Card (2% oversea hotel and dining, 1% off other retail - i rarely use this card though.. anyone tested it oversea?)

called up citibank about the transaction charges, they say 2.5% (1% by visa and 1.5% by bank)...

called up public bank, the CS say 1.25% which seem proved by vincentxiang..
aeon watami seem no longer have the least charges =/
