Anyone have any idea does the bank surcharge for swiping card foreign transaction will be charged additional 6% GST starting 1st April?

For example swiped foreign currency with value of RM1000 + lets assume 1% bank surcharge. Before GST is RM1010 but after GST do we need to pay RM1010.60 because the additional RM0.60 due to 6% GST on the bank surcharge.
