Hi first time check into this forum. On the first page, is the charge still valid coz one member mentioned it needs to be updated.
I have only Citi plantinum, Ocbc Titanium & GE, UOB One card.. will be going to Taiwan and Hong Kong. Which credit card has I used? First page mentioned 1% charge for Citi, UOB and Ocbc.

Just curious, will it be cheaper using debit card?
