Yea, based on my experience, like TNG visa card offer 0% foreign currency charges, it is better to charge foreign currency directly, as their merchant conversion rate is always higher than your card.Also I read that it's better to ask the overseas merchant to charge in their foreign currency instead of converted one ya?
