Dont use AMEX when you were at oversea or for any foreign currency transaction... I learned my lesson for the air ticket been booked using AMEX but luckily the airline refund me back the amount..

I also didn't know what happened to my last EVA Air booking... But luckily they still refund me back the difference charges and some more very fast and efficient...
