It's tough to answer your question. What I know is HSBC is the most expensive. Much expensive than M2C Amex, but nowadays Amex rate is quite high at 2.8-3%. CIMB & MBB Visa / Master used to have the best conversion rate but that's the past. My preference will be MBB and CIMB.Wanna ask.
