QUOTE(xsaintzx @ Apr 23 2011, 11:42 AM) Are you not convinced? superB I admit he did too much the gesture zooming, made me dizzy after watching the video. The real performance starts at 3min~4min when he played about 5-6 videos simultaneously in one page, as well as other flash content page in other tabs. The browser performance is really top notch |

QUOTE(DJFoo000 @ May 7 2011, 06:31 PM) lol i believe no glass is scratch proof. Resistant, maybe but definitely not scratch proof. Unless it's made of diamond, nothing is scratch proof. i remember i saw somewhere in xda .. gorilla is keychain proof and or steel proof .. but a little of sand can make it scratch ... The videos on youtube did not use enough force to do the scratching. And there's a saying that goes 'replacing a screen protector is cheaper than replacing the display panel'. Interested at the camera quality as well. like an elephant scared of ant .. Added on May 7, 2011, 6:35 pm QUOTE(jasonbourne222 @ May 7 2011, 06:27 PM) Oldkyoo seems not too happy with the phone....it'll be great if all owners can state the pros and cons of this phone....at least we'll get an idea of how good or bad it is compared to others... And i do notice the phone gets extremely warm just like the sgs1...which really sux...and 1 more, hows the BATTERY life????? Good? Bad? waiting and hope feeling is different while u got on hand .. Hope every1 can contribute and give their unbiased and honest feedbacks as i myself also want to get this phone...either sgs2,htc IS or optimus... after u got it on hand, it still an android device .. like girl always complaint to man .. [why u didnt care me that much after u 'f' me ? before this u r way more better] This post has been edited by stevenX: May 7 2011, 06:38 PM |

did the camera use gorilla glass ?? kind of worry about the lens after reading this ...
- Camera prone to scratches The little platform that the camera is raised on is prone to scratches.Laying on a table the phone virtually rests on the camera lens! |

QUOTE(oldKyoo @ May 8 2011, 09:50 PM) Lets start off with the boot time and shut down time. The Samsung Galaxy S II takes 12 seconds on average to totally shut down. To completely boot it back up, it takes 12 again on average. Then, it takes 10 seconds to completely do all the memory reading and scanning. From there, we enter the homescreen. Now im greeted with a hell load of heavy widgets, such as weather syncing, ap news, email, skype, and such, with a background live wallpaper. No lag is experienced when navigating from one page to another. |
