What do you do,drive a blade thru it?
Normal keys/coins don't seem to be much of a threat.
which is what you'd normally have in your pocket.
unless you're working in outdoor areas I don't see what's so fragile about it.

And if you compare GG to a cloth, what do you call normal glass?paper? laugh.gif

"Gorilla Glass-virtually indestructible"... what you just said is wrong, im pointing out to that, it would be assumed that u thought it cant be scratched

Things happen unexpectedly.... This does not mean you can cancel out the possibilities of scratching it accidentally with something unexpected...

since you claim to know more than what videos can show, care to enlighten me?
Been watching videos all over the net,and so far the only real life scenario that would actually scratch the screen is a drop on the road(slide the phone on the road) as the videos show keys/coins/etc won't do anything.

And no,driving a blade dead centre through the phone doesn't count as "everyday wear and tear" hell, even Kevlar won't stop a blade-much less a glass.

mayb u should restructure ur 1st sentence before u come in and troll,

even one of our member's glass was scratched without him knowing.

So because you can't answer me,I'm trolling?
I love how you're overreacting.

Il explain, what u 1st said about gorilla glass is a mere puff of statement, which u assumed it to be.

then i mentioned that what u said is not correct, u seem to show signs that u assume gorilla glass to be more of a scratch-proof then a scratch-resistant.

if it glides lightly , like what some of ur "videos" show, then yes, it might not scratch.

But what happens when u have keys, and ur phone in jeans???? The chances of even when i place it in a bag, for example, it might be scratched with my keys should someone pressure my bag from behind, or in my pocket, where there is a crowded area, there maybe more pressure there, if people start pushing around, or mayb i accidentally hit the wall while running for an important meeting to avoid the crowd to squeeze my way thru, or mayb i sat down, and hands hit my lap, and again pressure.

so ur reasonable expected answer to this is why do u even place it in together???

well, because im the owner, and "assuming" from ur statement of mere puff that it is "virtually indestructible" hinted and gave strong suggestions that it cant be scratched, because thats what corning ware 1st advertised.

People here just assume I did.

it had a hint of sarcasm, but I guess it's tough to detect sarcasm on the net-despite the fact that there was a smiley there laugh.gif
No.
The video I was referring to in that instance is it getting scratched(Zagg advert)
My statement came more from stress tests than adverts.
As far as glass goes, this is much stronger than normal glass.

But go ahead, continue assuming. smile.gif
Another assumption.nice!(I'm being sarcastic here,btw..just FYI) wink.gif
*
What is it that u dont understand what I am trying to tell you is that the damn glass is easily scratched???

The 1st sgs2 user here ccm who bought the phone had a scratch on the phone without even noticing he scratched it

Most of the comparisons are made between sgs2 & sensation.

well, our Own Reviewer, buntutwoman has managed to test those phones for their respective manufacturers.

& as conlusion, even if he didn't fully get that 'WOW' feeling from sgs2, he still recommended it, better than Sensation.

Good enough for me!

i dont know how buntutwoman can be a "he" when "he" is pregnant.....

Just that a forumer wants to know whether it is hot after 30 mins of talking.

So i removed my previous experience and gave him my verdict.
