The one definite improvement I see in this phone over my "older" phones is how fast web pages load up. Scrolling is so much smoother compared to the HTC Incredible S.

No, I had no intention of trading in my phone but since he offered, I take lo. I still have to pass him the box, headset, charger next week. I thought Benny is located in JB, no?

oldKyoo : Are u gonna root it?
and anyone know where I can get a clear screen protector for it? The SS15 shop only had the matte one and I didn't want it.

OK, I think I'll probably wait for strictly's dummy guide on how to root the SGS II. The instructions look easy enough though..

Thanks Bugeca! Good to know we can download and keep a copy of the stock firmware. Still arguing over whether the Gorilla glass can be stratched? Easily. My boss's iPhone 4 gets scratched within 1 day. My HTC Incredible S also got scratched...but do I care? Nope.. I rather have a pretty screen which runs the risks of being scratched than to have a matte screen over it but that's just me. QUOTE(Bugeca @ May 8 2011, 10:56 AM) Regster urself @ this site first (foc) samfirmware.com and download SGS2 stock firmware or just look over the XDA. Someone posted XWKDD firmware which is same as our set. This is for recovery and back to stock mode. This post has been edited by welwitchia: May 8 2011, 12:56 PM
