Nope, it won't work. You can only run CFX setup only. There is custom driver for X38 / X48 / P45 to run SLi in CFX mobo but i don't recommend it
Asus LGA 775 P5KPL/1600 can SLi ?, can this mobo SLi or just crossfire-X

No worry, if you want SLi mobo for 775 you can still find some at garage sales.
