I wander why most ppl r looking to flip properties n not keeping them. No doubt 1 can earn 100+k for a simple soho, but keeping property usually enjoy de appreciation in price overtime.
I prefer commercial n industrial. At least tenants r using for biz n ll take beta care of it.
And for tis Damen Usj, I really think de prices r too high, but genuine investor ll not let go with cheap rental. Therefore, there is a chance to elevate de Market value.
